Which booster should you get?

Teens 16–17 years old can get a Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine booster

Adults 18 years and older can get  any authorized in the United States: any of the COVID 19 Vaccines

With new cases on the rise in Massachusetts, please consider the vaccination status of household members.

Pediatrician offices are also carrying the COVID vaccine and hosting their own COVID vaccine clinics- check with your PCP.

If your student is sick, please keep them home. If there are multiple symptoms (see below highlighted in yellow), even if only mild, please keep your student home and monitor them.

Below is the full list of symptoms for which caregivers should monitor their children, and staff

should monitor themselves. Please note that students will be sent home and asked to quarantine and test for COVID if the following symptoms are present:

• Fever (100.0° Fahrenheit or higher), chills, or shaking chills

• Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath

• New loss of taste or smell

• Muscle aches or body aches

• Cough (not due to other known cause, such as chronic cough)

• Sore throat, when in combination with other symptoms

• Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea when in combination with other symptoms

• Headache when in combination with other symptoms

• Fatigue, when in combination with other symptoms

• Nasal congestion or runny nose (not due to other known causes, such as allergies) when in

combination with other symptoms
