Welcome to Littleton Public Schools!

VIEW THE LPS DISTRICT SLIDESHOW 2024

Our school district prides itself on educating the whole child within a personalized school setting. Our family of schools include; Shaker Lane (prek -2), Russell Street (grades 3-5), Littleton Middle School (grades 6-8), and Littleton High School (grades 9-12).  We have a dedicated staff that are committed to life-long learning and strive to be the best at their respective crafts. Our students are exposed to a variety of instructional strategies that are tailored at meeting each child’s individual needs.

Our district continues to receive both state and national recognition, with our High School having received both gold and silver medal status through U. S. News and World Report, which ranks the effectiveness of High Schools throughout our nation. Our High School has also been recognized as an AP honor roll school, which recognizes schools for both the number of AP courses offered and the achievement levels of our students enrolled in these courses. The New England League of Middle Schools (NELMS) has designated our Middle School as a Spotlight School.

Our school district was recently recognized by the U.S. Department of Education as a Green Ribbon School District. Other recognitions include; Best School Districts fo your Buck in Massachusetts (Nerdwallet) and Best Places to Live in Massachusetts (Niche).

We are very proud of our accomplishments and realize that these prestigious recognitions are a result of our students, staff, parents and community working together to provide high quality educational opportunities for all students. Our success would not be possible without the community’s ongoing support of our schools.
