Reminder if your child has a prescribed Epi-pen or inhaler, please remember to bring it in for the new school year. Field trips may be occurring soon and your student should be prepared. The Prescription Medication Permission form can be found on the LPS website. See /pupil-services/health-forms or hard copies are available in the Nurse’s Office. Please have updated Dr.’s orders and any Allergy/Asthma plans as well. Prescription Medication Permission forms and Dr.’s orders should be on file even if the student is permitted to carry their own Epi-pen or inhaler. Please call the school nurse with any questions.

There are many Student Emergency Health Information and Over The Counter Permission forms that have not been turned in yet. Hard copies are available from the Nurse or, to print out at home, please visit  https://www.littletonps.org/pupil-services/health-forms

Reminder: If your child is sick during school hours, they should visit the Nurse who will determine a plan of care: OTC medication with permission, rest, etc. The NURSE (not the student) will contact a parent if their child needs to be dismissed due to an illness or injury.

Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
