Student Emergency Contact Verification

Attention All LHS Parents / Guardians

If you have not yet completed the verification forms on ASPEN please do so ASAP.  This important update will ensure that we have the most complete and up to date emergency and contact information for your student as well as other permissions.  All parents / guardians should complete this task at the beginning of each school year even if there are no changes to your infomation. Please note that this is seperate from the health forms you may have filled out for the nurse. This must be done through your ASPEN account.

Instead of completing and sending paperwork to verify parent/guardian information, parents/guardians with Aspen Family Portal accounts can now login and make updates in the Portal. If your student is new to the district this year, your information has already been entered. 

Parents are reminded to complete their online student information verification via the Aspen portal as soon as possible.  It is important to be sure the contact information we have on file for your student is accurate in the event of illness or emergency. Please read and review Aspen Contact Verification Workflow for Parents/Guardians directions for updating Important Information in the Aspen Family Portal.
